Choose the Right Sleep Program for Your Family

Sleep Shaping Program 
(Babies up to 6 months)

You can gently sleep-shape your baby beginning around 6-8 weeks, so you won’t have to sleep coach them later. We will work on creating a flexible feeding, activity and eating schedule. We will talk about various soothing techniques and what night time sleep looks like at this age. We will talk about what kind of physical and/or verbal reassurance your baby might need. We will work at creating a bedtime routine and discussing what the sleep environment should look like.

 
 

Baby to Preschool Sleep Program 
(Babies 6 months-3 years)

You can gently beginning sleep coaching around 6-9 months (with the go ahead from your child's pediatrician). We will work on creating a sleeping eating and activity schedule (aka S.E.A schedules). We will talk about various soothing techniques and what night time sleep looks like at this age. We will work at creating a bedtime routine and discussing what the sleep environment should look like. We will talk about what kind of sleep coaching approach will actually work for your baby. Here are a few of the coaching methods I have worked with MontessoriCamping OutShufflePick-Up Put Down, Co-sleeping, Room sharing, Controlled Comforting,

 

School Age Sleep Program 
(Children 4 years-12 years)

We will work on creating a sleeping, eating and activity schedule (aka S.E.A schedules). We will talk about various soothing and behavioral techniques, and what night time sleep looks like at this age. We will work at creating a bedtime routine and discussing what the sleep environment should look like. We will discuss your child's temperament to see what type of sleep coaching approach will actually work for your child. Here are a few of the coaching methods I have worked with for this age group; Camping OutShuffle, Co-Sleeping, Room sharing, Controlled Comforting

 

VIP In-Home Sleep Program

Our VIP Sleep Program offers maximum support, with faster, sustainable results. I’ll come to your home and stay with you for two days, holding your hand every step of the way through the sleep coaching process. After 26 trans-formative hours, everyone will be on their way to sleeping peacefully, and a new sense of calm and confidence will emerge. From there, you have one week of daily 20-minute scheduled coaching, along with calls over the next three weeks of my personal support to fine-tune nap schedules, get real-time coaching through any setbacks, and get set up for the future. As a bonus you will be entitled to 2 more weeks of coaching calls if needed, This means you have access to me for up to 6 whole weeks.
